I applied for 4 vouchers on 4/4 ( 4 more since)and got an automatic reply saying you will hear back in 2 weeks but might be a little later due to number of claims. I am owed 8 vouchers, I am a frequent traveler on AerLingus and they are forcing me to reconsider who to fly with.
